I am Korina.

Somatic Practitioner, Energy Mentor, and Holistic Movement Expert with over 18 years of experience guiding people to reconnect with their bodies and live with clarity, vitality, and alignment.

I’m Greek, based in London, a mother of two, a dancer, a yoga teacher and, as my daughter lovingly calls me, a “body nerd.”


My Journey


My journey into somatics began in my early 20s when I healed a physical injury that doctors had deemed “unfixable.” Later, I also navigated and healed from other health challenges, including autoimmune disease. These experiences taught me that our bodies are not broken, they are living landscapes that hold memory, wisdom, and guidance. That discovery shifted the course of my life and inspired me to help others feel at home in their own bodies.

The experience of the Rebellion of self-care course was embodied, honest and filled with love. Korina's honesty and cohesive way of thinking offered guidance to listen to my body and surrender to who I truly am and what I am seeking in my life.

Her method is simple - what a wonderful word - and deeply focused on the individual, although we were in a group. She allowed the time and space to genuinely express ourselves. I absolutely felt held within the group and admired the trust we built together. We built indeed a unique experience as a group.

My philosophy

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when you feel safe and at home in your body, you can engage fully with life, make decisions with clarity, and move through the world with confidence. I’m passionate about true embodiment for real people; work that meets you where you are, honors your nervous system, and supports sustainable, lasting change. I don’t offer quick fixes or rigid programmes. I guide people to live from choice, reconnect with joy in movement, and build lives that are vibrant, aligned, and authentically theirs.

My approach

I see my work as a personal, evolving map of human nature, built through decades of curiosity, self-study, lived experience, and thousands of hours of training, workshops, and research. I draw from:

  • Somatic practices

  • Nervous system education

  • Holistic movement and dance

  • Breathwork and meditation

  • Energy work and subconscious exploration

  • Trauma-informed practices

  • Functional anatomy

This isn’t a fixed method, it’s a living practice. I guide you to create your own map of embodied living, grounded in your unique experience and wisdom.

How I Work

I hold a safe, compassionate space where you can explore yourself deeply. I use precise questioning, attuned listening, and embodied practices to help you uncover your own insights and inner resources. My work includes somatic practices, breathwork, nervous system support, energy work, and journaling prompts. Together, we access deeper layers of awareness, break limiting patterns, and expand into a more aligned way of being.

 

Holistic Movement & Embodied Expression

I explore movement through three layers: anatomy, expression, and intuition. Movement is an invitation, a chance to reconnect with your body, express yourself and rediscover joy. I also guide exploration of the beliefs and conditioning that shape how we inhabit our bodies. My approach blends dance, yoga, functional movement, somatic practices, functional anatomy, trauma-informed awareness, and energetics, creating space for awareness, expression and presence.

 

Leadership & Wellness

Alongside my private practice, I manage a Wellness Clinic, leading with wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. I create environments where staff and clients can thrive, believing that productivity, clarity and effectiveness arise from supporting the whole person.

At the core

I am a lifelong student of the body, energy, and human behaviour. I am endlessly curious about how our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers exist in symbiosis and how listening to our bodies can guide us home to ourselves. This work isn’t about fixing yourself; it’s about remembering who you already are.
