Bespoke Wellness Coaching

One focused week to get clear on what's draining you and build the daily habits that actually change how you feel.

You don't need another list of things you should be doing. You need someone to sit down with you, look at your life honestly, and help you figure out what's actually missing, and what small, specific changes will make the biggest difference.

That's what this programme does. In one week, we go from "I know I need to do something about this" to a clear, personalised wellness plan you understand and genuinely want to follow.

This isn't generic advice. It's built entirely around you; your schedule, your body, your patterns, your life.

What we work on together

We start by looking at what's actually been happening, where your energy goes, what you've stopped doing for yourself, what's felt harder than it should. From there, we build a clear picture of where you want to be and what's been getting in the way.

Then we create a plan. Not an overwhelming overhaul, but specific, manageable practices that fit your real life and address the root of what's been off. Movement, breathwork, daily rhythm, mindset, energy - whatever is most relevant for you.

By the end of the week, you'll know what's been draining you, why and exactly what to do about it.

What's included

Opening session — up to 90 minutes

We look at where you are, what you want to change, and why it hasn’t happened yet. You leave with a bespoke wellness plan, specific practices to start immediately, and real clarity on your next steps.

One week of WhatsApp support

Voice notes and messages throughout the week as you put your plan into action. Questions answered, adjustments made, momentum maintained.

Follow-up session — up to 30 minutes

We check in at the end of the week. What worked, what needs tweaking, and how to keep going on your own.

Sessions are held online via Zoom. In-person is available in London at an additional charge.

About Korina

I’m a somatic practitioner and embodiment mentor with 18 years of experience in movement, breathwork, energy work, and coaching. I work with people who are done waiting for the right moment and are willing to start, imperfectly, now.

My approach combines somatic and body-based practices with practical coaching, so we work with your whole system: body, nervous system, habits, and mindset. The result isn’t just a plan that sounds good, it’s one that fits how you actually work.
