This is a bespoke one to one movement programme that will offer you a safe space to explore your unique body and find freedom and ease physically and mentally.

My passion is to help you bring more awareness in your body and more movement in your life!

Movement is medicine and by working on a physical level, we are able to release emotional stagnation and mental fatigue, creating this way more space and openness on all levels - physically, mentally and emotionally. Our bodies are wonderful ecosystems that work in collaboration with our brains to keep us in homeostasis.

The healthier our movement, the more gracefully we can move through life!

Drawing elements from different movement disciplines and my 18+ years of experience working with a huge variety of people from all ages and fitness levels - from absolute beginners to professional dancers, I am able to offer you a unique programme to help you release conditioning and suppression surrounding your movement and body and step into your power physically and energetically.

Different modalities we can include in your session to create a holistic practice and support integration of mind and body:

In our time together, I will not only teach you movement but help you create your own sustainable movement practice in order to bring quicker results and transform your relationship with your body and movement.

These sessions will be uniquely tailored to you and your needs.

As an embodied movement teacher, I am on a mission to help you feel comfortable in your own body. I am interested in working on the different layers of embodied movement

anatomy - expression - intuition

as well as my own methodology and my 5 Pillars for movement framework that blends movement, nervous system, and the body.

I will offer you a safe space to move and connect to your body, allowing individual expression and sensing into your uniqueness and joy for movement.

We will not only look at the body and movement on its own, but also the beliefs and conditioning surrounding them, as well as the ways you can bring embodiment into your life.

My approach is holistic, drawing elements from various dance movement disciplines as well as functional movement, yoga and somatic movement and incorporates the fields of functional anatomy and trauma-informed practices, layered with the energetics of anatomy and its manifestations in the physical body.

The sessions can be held either online via Zoom, or locally in-person. The above fees are based on online sessions. There may be an added fee for in-person. More information for in-person sessions can be sent to you upon enquiry.
